Caitlin Maus, MS, CRNA, APRN, is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist and Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with more than 13 years of clinical anesthesia experience. Her career has included extensive practice in high-acuity environments, including a Level I trauma center, high-risk obstetric settings, outpatient surgery centers, and specialty surgical practices.

Throughout her career, Mrs. Maus has provided anesthesia care for a broad range of patients and procedures, developing expertise in trauma anesthesia, obstetric anesthesia, orthopedic surgery, neurosurgery, head and neck surgery, urologic procedures, perioperative patient safety, and complex clinical decision-making. Her experience spans both hospital-based and ambulatory surgical settings, providing a comprehensive understanding of anesthesia practice across the continuum of care.

As a medical-legal consultant and expert witness, Mrs. Maus provides independent, objective case review and analysis for both plaintiff and defense attorneys. Her services include medical record review, case screening, chronology development, standards-of-care evaluation, expert report preparation, deposition support, and testimony. She is committed to delivering evidence-based opinions grounded in clinical experience, professional standards, and current anesthesia practice.

Mrs. Maus is recognized for her ability to analyze complex medical records and translate technical medical information into clear, concise findings that are understandable to attorneys, judges, and juries. Her thorough approach and attention to detail assist legal teams in evaluating anesthesia-related issues and understanding the clinical factors that may influence patient outcomes.

She holds a Master of Science in Anesthesia and maintains active certification and licensure as both a CRNA and APRN. Throughout her professional career, she has remained dedicated to patient safety, clinical excellence, and the advancement of high-quality anesthesia care.

She currently practices throughout South Florida and maintains active certifications with the NBCRNA, ACLS, PALS, and BLS.
